thanks so much for sharing this module. I have just started trying it out and have already found an issue to address. is there any known problem with IE6? IE6 started crashing after installation (performed using FF).

if there is an an IE6 problem, I will not be able to use this module. the school, where I teach, still uses IE6.

Cant get DDBLOCK SLIDESHOW working

Hi
I am quite new to Drupal and find this Module wow! I have followed the advanced slideshow tutorial to the letter and all am getting on my blocks is just the DDBLOCK-NEWS ITEM SLIDESHOW title. I had to delete the previous configuration and started all afresh but nuthing doing. What could I be doing wrong?

Have a look at the trouble shooting part of the FAQ or the issues in the issue queue on drupal. If you can not find an answer there please make an issue in the issue queue and send a link to your Internet site if possible. Also send the result of the drupal_set_message debug lines in the preprocess functions and your template.php file.

Can you please make an issue in the issue queue at: http://drupal.org/project/issues/ddblock.

If you uncomment the drupal_set_message line in both preprocess functions you will see some debug info at the page where the ddblock block is enabled. (reload the page) Can you send this information in the issue, so I can help you better.

DDBLOCK working

Wonderful module! Following your tutorial - configuration of the ddblock, I also selected custom template. This displays an empty block, like was in my case. the other templates are working fine.

border around the images

Hi,
I am using the module in a block and there is a gray border appearing around the images. How can I remove that border? I am using the fade effect.

I know from some others that they can not see some advanced dynamic display block slideshows with IE 6. We don't have IE 6 and can not test the module with it.
Will try to find a computer with IE 6 to confirm.

So I am afraid it doesn't work for IE 6 till we solve the problem.
