Installation

Introduction:

The Views Slideshow: Dynamic Display Block module has similar functionality as the dynamic display block module.

When you are already using the advanced options of the dynamic display block module, you will see this module works similar only now you configure the ddblock slideshows from the views User Interface instead of creating a ddblock instance of the view. In case you already use the advanced options of the ddblock module you can advance to Configure ddblock slideshow block for the news_items view after installing the views_slideshow module and the views_slideshow_ddblock module.

When you are not using the advanced options of the dynamic display block module I advice you to follow all steps.
